To be fair, this place offers excellent service and a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive and the environment was welcoming—definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, when it comes to the food, I personally found it to be just average. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t quite live up to the overall vibe and service of the place. If I may offer a suggestion—consider scaling down the menu. It’s quite extensive at the moment, and I feel that focusing on fewer dishes could allow the kitchen to really refine and elevate the quality and taste of each item. It’s absolutely okay to have a more concise menu—quality over quantity always wins in the long run. Right now, it feels like the variety might be spreading the focus a little too thin. That said, the potential is definitely there, and with a little refinement, this could easily become a go-to spot for both great food and great ambiance.

I recently dined at Familia Taste, and it was fantastic. The place had a great atmosphere, and the menu offered a variety of tasty dishes. The food was not only flavorful but also beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provided great recommendations, and their attention to our needs made the evening enjoyable. What stood out was the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish. Although it's a bit pricey, the dining experience at Familia Taste is worth it. I highly recommend it for those looking for a delightful meal in the jitra.

Good ambience, good food. Wide selection of food and drinks. Waiters are polite and well trained. Not children friendly as there was nothing for kids to do/explore. I would suggest to provide some piece of paper and some colour pencils for the little ones to play with while the adult enjoy their food. It would definitely attract parents to come. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Starting off with food quality. Nothing less than excellent. Ordered 3 dishes thinking the portions will be small but came out with big portions. Taste was really good, I loved the buttermilk chicken rice 10/10. Chicken pizza was scrumptious 9/10. Grilled chicken was really good especially the black pepper sauce to pair with it 9/10 as the veggies were raw. We ordered 2 types of teas, both were great. At one point a fly fell into my drink and they got it replaced for free. Kudos to that but still please fix on that issue it can cause trouble with food safety. Ambience of the shop is really calming. Wouldn't mind waiting for awhile in the shop for the food to arrive. Staffs were wonderful with their hospitality. Everyone were polite. Hope you maintain to take in staffs of this quality. And since the name of the shop is familia café it would be a great addition to have smtg for kids to do while at the shop.

Have to improve the sandwiches menu especially the beef, maybe the sauce as it didn't have taste, and it is hard to eat as the filling is not like a normal patty but small chunks in a sandwich. The preparation time needs to be faster by double, as it was too slow one by one menu, and there were only 2 tables with customers at that time, so I suggest more chefs & assistants in the kitchen needed for efficiency. Westerns was good compared to other menu, frappe was nice but too sweet.

A great variety of Western and Malay food, all served in generous portions. Every dish was delicious, and the prices were surprisingly affordable

Alhamdulillah, the food is delicious, the portions are large, very customer-friendly, the shop is comfortable, the prices are reasonable, and the food presentation is beautiful. Most importantly, the food and drinks taste great and the cooking feels full of sincerity.

It's a new place in the town of Jitra. Easy access to park your car. Place is nicely decorated, spacious too. Staffs were quite efficient for a new outlet. We had the white rice served with dried chilli chicken, chicken sandwich, cheese pizza and the crispy fish burger. i had a go for the white rice served with siakap sambal nyonya. To my surprise, despite how it looks like - it was actually really good Drinks were served in tall glasses which were sufficient for us. Overall, good place to hang with friends, good food, good environment. Totally recommended
